We provide the integration only — the commercial relationship, the contract and the rate negotiation remain between you and the supplier, on credentials you hold in your own name.
How a connection works
The connection is ours. The supply relationship stays yours.
Concourse is the system you sell through, not the party you buy from. That distinction decides how every connection on this page behaves.
You bring your own credentials
Every connection runs against your own account with that supplier, on your own negotiated rates. Concourse is not a party to your supply agreement and never sees a rate you have not been given.
One catalogue, not one per supplier
Properties from every connection you have enabled are reconciled against a single canonical catalogue, so the same hotel is the same hotel no matter which supplier returned it, and a result set can be read as one list.
The supplier’s terms, unedited
Rates, room detail and cancellation policies are passed through as the supplier states them. Concourse applies your markup on top; it does not rewrite what the supplier said.
Enabled per tenant
A connection is switched on for a subscriber, with that subscriber’s own credentials. Turning one on for you does not turn it on for anyone else, and no other tenant can see it.
