Four things we decided early and have not moved on
These are not values on a wall — each one shows up as a constraint in the product, and each one costs us something we were willing to pay.
Isolation is not a feature, it is the foundation
Separating tenants after the fact is how data leaks between customers. Every subscriber has had its own data store since the first line of the platform was written — there is no shared table waiting to be filtered correctly.
Money is checked before it is spent
A booking that consumes credit it does not have is a debt somebody discovers weeks later. The balance is checked before the booking commits, and the ledger entry is written by the same transaction that made it.
The boring choice, deliberately
We choose the mature, proven option over the novel one, and we add a moving part only when there is a reason we can state out loud. A travel platform that goes down is a business that stops selling.
Your relationships stay yours
You bring your own supplier credentials and your own negotiated rates. We are the system you sell through — we do not want to be a party to your supply agreements.
