What this connection does
Every operation listed is implemented and exercised in production.
- Search availability by city or by a specific property
- Return room, board and rate detail with the cancellation policy exactly as the supplier states it
- Re-check the price against the supplier immediately before a booking is committed, so the rate confirmed is the rate held
- Confirm a booking and return the supplier’s own reference
- Cancel within the policy attached to the rate
- Retrieve a booking later to reconcile it against your own records
What it needs from you
You bring the supplier relationship
Concourse connects to the supplier on your behalf using credentials that belong to you. We are the system you sell through, not the party you buy from.
- Your own TripJack account and API credentials — Concourse is not a party to your supply agreement
- The functions available to you are the ones your own account is entitled to; entitlements are set by the supplier, not by Concourse
