Platform

Everything the platform does today

This page describes capability that exists and is in use — not a roadmap. Modules are enabled per subscription, so your platform contains what your business sells and nothing else.

Isolated per subscriber

Every subscriber’s data is held in its own schema, reached only through the tenant the signed-in session belongs to. Tenant identity comes from the session — it can never be supplied as a parameter by a caller.

Modular subscription

Modules are entitlements on your subscription. Turning one on adds it to the navigation for the roles allowed to use it; turning it off removes both the screens and the API access.

Browser-based, nothing to install

One web application serves every actor. What a person sees is decided by their role and their entitlements, so there is no separate install or portal per partner type.

Your suppliers, your contracts

You connect your own supplier credentials. Concourse is the system you sell through — it does not sit between you and your commercial relationships.

Modules

What each module gives you

Every module below is available now. Which of them appear in your platform depends on your subscription.

Hotel booking

The full stay lifecycle, from first search to cancellation.

  • Search by city or property against a single canonical hotel catalogue, so the same hotel is the same hotel regardless of which supplier returned it
  • Room, rate and cancellation-policy detail presented consistently across suppliers
  • Book, hold and confirm with the fare bound at the price the agency was shown
  • Amend and cancel within the supplier’s policy, with the resulting charge or refund posted to the ledger
  • Booking history and vouchers available to whoever is entitled to see them

Company, distributor and agency setup

Build the commercial structure your business actually has.

  • Register distributors and the agencies that sit beneath them
  • Invite users at any level and assign roles that match what they do
  • Collect and review onboarding documents before a partner may transact
  • Suspend or reinstate a partner without losing their history
  • Configure markup once and have it apply through the levels below

Credit control

Money is checked before a booking, not discovered after it.

  • Allocate credit from your company to a distributor, and from a distributor to its agencies
  • Balances are checked at booking time — a booking that cannot be covered does not happen
  • Top-ups and transfers are recorded as movements, never as silent adjustments
  • Monthly subscription benefits reset each cycle; purchased credits persist until they are used
  • See remaining credit at every level, live

Accounting

A real ledger, fed by the bookings themselves.

  • Double-entry ledger entries posted from the transaction that caused them
  • Invoices and credit notes generated per level of the chain
  • Statements an agency or distributor can pull for themselves
  • Payments and receipts recorded against the right entity
  • Monetary values held at fixed precision — no floating-point drift in the books

Configuration

Your platform behaves the way your business does.

  • Connect your own supplier credentials — you keep your commercial relationships
  • Choose how results from multiple suppliers are combined
  • Set markup and commercial rules per level
  • Manage which modules each partner is entitled to use
  • Three interface themes, chosen per user and remembered

Users and roles

People see the part of the platform that is theirs.

  • Users belong to a company, a distributor or an agency — never to more than one tenant
  • Roles determine which modules and actions are available
  • Access is enforced server-side on every request, not just hidden in the interface
  • Sessions are short-lived and revocable

Documents

Onboarding paperwork and booking documents in one place.

  • Upload, store and retrieve documents scoped to the entity they belong to
  • Time-limited download links — files are never publicly readable
  • File type and size validated before anything is accepted

Reporting

What was sold, by whom, against what credit.

  • Booking and transaction reporting scoped to the level you sit at
  • Ledger and statement views for finance teams
  • Distributors and agencies see their own performance, and only their own

Operations

Someone is watching the platform, so you do not have to

Concourse is operated as a service. Availability, supplier connectivity and processing backlogs are monitored centrally, and subscriber administrators get the operational visibility that belongs to their own tenant.

  • Supplier connection health surfaced where you configure it, so a broken credential is visible before an agency reports it
  • Platform upgrades are rolled out centrally — there is no version for you to maintain
  • Your data stays in your tenant across every upgrade

See it running on your own network

We will walk you through a live tenant — your hierarchy, your credit rules, your suppliers — and you can decide from there.
